Building a Mindfulness Practice

5-week class, 2 hrs per class 
Learn how to practice mindfulness in ways that build your emotional resilience and overall well being.

Includes 5 live sessions via Zoom, 2 hours each; access to recordings if you miss a class; a list of resources & organizations to support your practice going forward

Focusing Level 1: Learning to listen to the wisdom of your body

6-week class, 2 hours per class + 1-hour private Focusing session
Build concrete skills that help you free yourself from old narratives and emotional patterns.
