Individual sessions

I work as a “guide” helping individuals integrate mindfulness and focusing into their daily lives. During the pandemic I’ve focused on teaching individuals (and caregivers) how to “care for caregivers.” Upcoming events will include stand-alone mindfulness, focusing and caregiver workshops in addition to the private training sessions listed below. Currently all workshops, courses and individual sessions are conducted online via Zoom to assure the health and safety of everyone.

What to expect

My classes and one-on-one sessions are designed to be friendly, comfortable and practical — such that you can use what you learn in your day-to-day life. By blending compassion with light heartedness, classes are engaging, intimate and often include a good laugh. I do my best to encourage participants to experiment and play with awareness practices, both in and outside of class, so that each person can build an individualized “tool belt” that they can draw from, as needed, when life gets challenging.
